1. Continue to collect these numbers but pass them though a data cleansing service before calling

2. Validate the numbers using rule based telephone validation to eliminate a high proportion of these numbers

3. Use real-time mobile validation and landline validation at the point of entry to prompt a user that they have entered incorrect details and can not proceed

4. Integrate telephone validation as part of a score card on your contact form with other services such as residency verification, email validation and salacious names lookup to filter out all invalid registrations.

2012 postage stamp price increase

With Royal Mail increasing the cost of postage stamps by 14p it has never been more important to make sure that your mail ends up on the right doorstep.

Pricing for first class stamps will increase to 60p and second class to 50p on 30th April.

Capturing an address from a postcode at point of entry on your webform is a simple way to ensure you are collecting real valid data for just a few pence. Adding adding postcode lookup to your site you also speeds up registration, reducing form abandonment.

Postcode lookup for Dynamics NAV, Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM

The new release for the postcode lookup plug-in for Dynamics CRM 2011 now also works seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics AX. 

After requests from a number of CRM resellers, we have found that often customers who use both CRM and ERP systems enter a lot of their data into their ERP system first before adding that data into Dynamics CRM.
