New Improved Data Quality Audit

We've recently revamped our Data Quality Audit (DQA) to provide even more information showing you how clean your database is. Now, whenever you perform data cleansing on our online data cleansing product Data8Online we will give you even more free information about the condition of your marketing database.

We've added specific sections on our validation services so that you can quickly find out how many of your email addresses and telephone numbers are incorrect. We've also added some more detailed information in some cases: for example, you can now get a complete breakdown of which goneaway suppression files your data has been matched to so that you can see how effective Equifax's disConnect, Acxiom's Purity and the Royal Mail's USS and NCOA have been.

Additionally, we've also been working with our environmental partners to calculate just how much CO₂ you will save by choosing not to mail the records in your database that are either not there or don't want to receive your mailing. This can help you reduce your carbon footprint and move towards PAS2020 compliance. Our return on investment calculator has been improved as well to make it more clear as to how the return on investment in generated and allowing for you to change some of the variables if necessary.
