Adding and removing users on your data8online account

Sometimes you have more than one person at a company who needs to use our data8online cleansing tool.  Rather than have one user reveal their password to another we allow you to create multiple users attached to one company account.

To do this simply log in, and navigate to data8online.  From the left hand menu, click Account Management, then User Management.

Click “Invite New User”,

and then ask your colleague to complete the next screen.

If you tick the “Administrator” option, this will allow the new user to in turn invite further users or remove any current users.
Your colleague will shortly receive an email from us confirming the details of their registration.
