Whether you’re using our postcode lookup software through our desktop application or you are using the service through our future proof Web Services you will have full access to your own administration area.
No matter how large or small your account is in terms of postcode lookup usage or spend with ourselves you will always have a full admin site set up as part of your account. Your admin page will provide you with the ability to monitor your usage of our postcode lookup service as well as any of our other web services you are utilising such as our telephone validation or email validation. All of which are provided through cutting edge, future proof Software as a Service technology.
Within the admin area you will have the ability to set credit alerts, these operate on two levels. Firstly an alert can be sent to one or multiple email addresses to inform you that your remaining credit balance has reached a particular level at which you have previously specified. Secondly you can take the service a step further and register a credit card to the site. This allows you to automatically purchase a particular amount of credits when your balance reaches a prearranged level.
The ability to receive credit alerts and importantly automatically purchase credits means you can have the peace of mind that your business-critical systems don’t stop working because you have run out of credits.
