Data cleansing to avoid the postal strike

As the threat of further Royal Mail strikes loom large over DM, have you considered how to branch out into other channels?

Data cleansing can help not only with mailing campaigns, but also with telemarketing. Even if you have a database with only names and addresses, our tele-appending service can get you started in telesales by supplying telephone numbers for your customers. We use our copy of the BT OSIS data with tens of thousands of changes being applied six days a week to ensure all the numbers we give you are up to date and accurate - accept no imitations!

We'd highly advise doing deceased suppression as well - receiving a telemarketing call for a recently deceased loved one can be much more traumatic than receiving DM for them, and can you afford that sort of damage to your brand?

Just be sure to keep your TPS screening up to date to avoid a call from the Information Commissioner...
