CRM data migration - garbage in, garbage out

So you've just invested in a new wizzy CRM system and you're about to go live. You just need to import the details of your existing customers from your previous system, or maybe your combining data from several locations. Simple, right?

Before you rush into it, stop and think about the quality of the data you're about to import. If you can't rely on your data to be complete, accurate, up-to-date and consistent, you'll need to do some data cleansing work before you can get the most out of your new CRM implementation.

We can help with common problems that you might otherwise need an expensive ETL tool to accomplish, plus many more advanced options. Restructuring your data files to make them easier to import, standardising your address formats, splitting names into separate title, forename and surname fields, removing duplicate records, identifying deceased individuals or closed companies are all easily handled through our online data cleansing site or via our skilled in-house bureau team.

We're happy to work with CRM implementors and end-users alike, and we're quite happy with the short timescales associated with a data migration of this sort. Just give us a call to see how we can help.
