Yesterday we completed an important upgrade of the administration and purchasing areas for our Integr8 suite of web services, such as our postcode lookup API.
The main changes include:
Credit System
The previous system of purchasing credits that could be used for different services has been replaced by a new system of purchasing credits for individual services. Each credit now gives you one lookup for that service, making it much simpler to use than the previous system where three credits could get you one postcode lookup or three for a different service.
If you already had credits on the old system, they have now been converted to the new system. You may therefore notice that the number of available credits has changed, as they have been converted to the appropriate number of lookups for the services you have registered for.
Purchasing History
Your purchases can now be reviewed from the website. Note that purchases made prior to the upgrade are not listed, but any future purchases will be.
Usage History
You can now download a CSV file detailing your usage of each service over the past month, year or for all time. This is available via a link beneath the usage graph in the administration area.
Reseller Options
If you sell a web service or software that could benefit from integrating with our web services, you can now gain commission from reselling our services. Simply write the integration code once and allow your users to enter their own Data8 username and password to access the services, and supply a link to our website to start earning commission on each sale.
