So here it is my first blog!
When I sat in my interview getting questions fired at me I remember hearing these words "you have to write a blog once a month" having never written a blog before I thought my charms and my good sense of humour would mean that everyone would forget...I was wrong, it appears my Marketing Manager, John, never forgets!
I started at The New Business Data Company, a division of data8, in June 2010, I came from a background of selling database systems so the challenge I was up for, the blogs not so much, working in data is always something that I have enjoyed and I have a fantastic product to sell with a great support network around me.
The New Business Data Company has really taken off in the last couple of months with many happy customers. I am proud to be a part of that, although I have worked in data for many years, being at the start of a new venture and having an input in ideas is a fantastic opportunity for me. I work with a brilliant research centre which collates all of the New Business Leads for our customers, however I will introduce them to you all in my next blog, so that's it I have finished my first blog and it's not as painful as what I thought it would be...until next time!
