I would like to welcome the newest member to the New Business Data team Francesca. Francesca joins us from a customer service role, so far she has exceeded all expectations, as well as fitting into the call centre team she is also achieving excellent feedback and is smashing her target week on week.
Francesca joins us at a fantastic time, not only are we relocating to brand new offices at the end of the month we will also be putting in place new systems which will improve the efficiency of the call centre, resulting in more data about new businesses for our customers.
Over the last couple of weeks I have noticed an increase in the number of web designers who are looking for brand new businesses. It is a great opportunity for new businesses to be given expert advice on how to set up a website. After speaking with a few web designers I discovered that they are also interested in businesses that have relocated, even though the company might already have a website they are finding companies are always willing for someone it always helps to have a second look and recommend improvements.
