With so much press comment at the moment about things we can and can’t discuss it's almost a breath of fresh air to be able to discuss with my customers their exact New Business Data requirements.
There is nothing I won't be able to tell you about a company we have reported on, whether it is number of staff, where they are based or if they have a website.
We have had a record number of classifications over the last couple of weeks and I believe it's all down to the research centre, although we have had a new system in place, without the determination of the staff and there continued hard work the new system would not work.
The research centre has really proved over the last couple of weeks that they can produce a record number of calls and still retain the quality of information that our customers expect.
