We are pleased to announce today that we have added the National Deceased Register (NDR) to our portfolio of data cleansing files. We now have one of the most comprehensive ranges of data sources for customers to cleanse their data against.
NDR has been developed by the Ark and joins Mortascreen, TBR and disConnect deceased in the portfolio of data assets used by data8 for deceased suppressions, we have over 10 million deceased records that can be matched against client’s data.
Antony Allen, managing director data8, said, “After evaluating the National Deceased Register we felt it would significantly add to our ability offer a complete service to our clients. We are always looking at ways to expand and improve the range of services we offer to our clients and believe that now we offer the most comprehensive data cleansing service”.
There were over 40,000 deaths a month registered in England and Wales last year, bearing this in mind, Antony continued, “It is important that direct marketers ensure that their data is cleansed regularly to reduce waste and not to cause distress to the bereaved. Using a combination of the wide range of data we have available and our unique cascade matching sequence we can ensure that all our clients can trust their data.
