Total CRM Data Quality - Data Cleansing
Customer details change over time as they change address or telephone number. Businesses close and people move on,
and you need to keep your CRM database up to date to be able to make informed business decisions and direct your

The data cleansing element of Total CRM Data Quality ensures that data is kept up to date and enhanced as much as

Check addresses are valid, and correct missing or incorrect parts of the address or postcode.

Check if existing telephone & fax numbers are correct, and update with new ones where available.

You need to check for new TPS and CTPS registrations at least every 28 days.
