public long GetResultsSize(string username, string password, int resultsId)
Retrieves the size, in bytes, of the cleansed data file generated in response to a call to PurchaseResults.
Once the GetResultStatus method returns 100 to indicate that the cleansed data file has been generated, the caller can use this method to determine its size. It can then use the DownloadResults method to retrieve the contents of the data file in chunks.
