Integr8 launched at Call Centre Expo 2007

Call Centre Expo 2007 took place on September 26th-27th at the NEC, Birmingham and it proved an astounding success for Data8, the UK’s premier data solutions provider.

Data8 was launching its latest service, integr8, a unique solution ideal for, but not exclusive to, call-centre environments. With integr8, customers have access to real-time data through their existing systems and websites without the need for additional software and external database updates.

A large number of visitors from a diverse range of companies visited the stand where Data8’s technical experts were demonstrating the new service online. Their feedback was very positive and everyone agreed that integr8’s sophistication and simplicity of use would benefit any organisation operating a call-centre or an interactive web-site.
