Data8 expands its Account Management team

Data8, UK's leading data solutions provider, has just announced two new executive appointments.

Joanne Clayton has been appointed as Senior Account Manager and brings with her extensive new business development experience. She has worked in the DM industry over a number of years and joins Data8 from Datalinx where - as New Business Development Manager – gained an excellent understanding of the data industry. Joanne has previously held senior roles at DM Data, Whichlist.com and Millennium Direct working with numerous blue-chip accounts.

Her great sense of humour will not go amiss either", he continues.

David Evans has been appointed as Account Manager and joins Data8 from Payne Security (part of Filtrona Plc) where he worked as Area Sales Manager-North West. David gained valuable experience selling ID solutions to organisations both in the private and public sector, including local government, education and the NHS. He previously worked at Global Travel as Senior Sales Manager responsible for the company’s business to consumer portfolio.

Antony Allen says: "David’s account management experience, particularly in the public sector and the travel industry, will enable us to explore new opportunities in these fields and grow our market share. He not only brings with him valuable industry knowledge but an infectious enthusiasm for the role", he concludes.
