Name Separation (also known as Name Parsing or Name Breakdown) extracts the title, forename and surname of your customers from a single field. For example, if your original data contained the data "Mr John P T Smith Esq", this service would provide you five additional columns containing "Mr", "John", "P T", "Smith" and "Esq" respectively, helping you address your communications to "Mr Smith" or "John" as required, and making it easier to find individual records in your database.
