Many addresses in your data are likely to include non-standard information. In the second example above, the name "Old Brewery" does not exist according to the Royal Mail, and so mail to this address would still be delivered without it.

However, if your customer has given you their address in this way you don't want to remove this information as that is how the customer thinks of their address. Unlike other service providers, we are always careful to avoid removing such information and so keep your customers happy, while correcting the rest of the address to ensure mail is delivered correctly.

Many companies also require their customer addresses to be formatted in different ways. Here we have formatted each address as six lines, with the town and county fixed in the last two lines. You may require your addresses in a different format, with a different number of lines or with the town and county left-aligned with the rest of the data, or more complex requirements - we can handle all these through our Data8Online data cleansing service.
