Business Continuity Update

 

Whilst we are all currently in uncharted territory in regards to COVID-19, I wanted to keep you up-to-date with Data8 and reassure you that we are extremely well prepared for every eventuality with the measures that we have implemented.

As a business our primary focus is both the health and welfare of our employees and clients. With this in mind, we have carefully planned a flexible workforce that accommodates working from home and any other government restriction that we can potentially foresee.

 

The plans that we have implemented have considered that our services must remain stable, running, secure and compliant with our ISO27001 accreditation. After an in depth review of all the actions that our team have implemented, I am highly confident that we will be able to continue to deliver our services and maintain the same high level of support for all of our clients, for as long as required.

 

Whilst the majority of our employees will be working from home for the foreseeable future, you will see no change to the level of service that we provide to you and our response times to your queries. All contact details remain the same for your Account Manager and our support emails for our Technical Helpdesk (helpdesk@data-8.co.uk) and Client Services Team (Clientservices@data-8.co.uk) will be appropriately routed to employees who will assist you in the normal manner.
