Is a shed load of data bigger than Big Data?

05/08/2013 by John Turtle

Big data or shed loads.

I noticed a TV ad over the weekend that showed Kevin Bacon pulling a shed load of data along a beach. See Marketing Week.

It got me thinking is a shed load of data bigger then Big Data. Is Big Data, big data, because of its font size or does it have more zeros and ones? How many sheds does it take to make Big Data?

Any answers would be appreciated, always remember, if you are dragging a shed load of data across a beach - get all that sand out of your data crevices with data cleansing.

In the competitive market of search engine results owning and maintaining a website can be difficult and tiresome. As website owners we all could use more traffic and increased search engine rankings, but we must also be wary of the penguin and panda updates that Google has recently rolled out. Luckily I have found an SEO service that is penquin and panda proof, that is will not incur penalties based on the new algorithm updates. They also offer a seven day free trial to try the product out and I saw a dramatic increase in my traffic once I signed up. In fact I am so happy with their service I am spreading the word to all of the webistes I visit most often. Check them out here: http://s-url.me/c30
