Movers service offers you the chance to keep in touch with your customers after they have moved
by providing you with their new address.

data from many different sources including Royal Mail's NCOA Update,
Equifax reConnect, and REaD UK GAS Reactive
to provide you with a simple automated process to identify where your customers
have moved to.
Sometimes, our data indicates that we know that your customer record has moved away,
but we are unable to provide the address they have moved to. Our
goneaway screening service identifies any gone aways and provides a simple
flag to indicate the fact.

Some customers may appear on our goneaway files to indicate that they no longer live
at the address you have for them, but not on our movers files to get their new address.
These customers will be flagged as goneaway but no new address will be provided.
Others will appear on both the goneaway and movers files. These customers will not be
flagged as goneaway, but will instead be updated with their new address.
In your FREE data quality audit report, you
will be shown the total number of your customers that are goneaway, and the number of
these goneaways that can be updated with their new address. If you choose to buy the
new addresses, the number of records that will be flagged as goneaway will be the
difference between these two numbers.
