If you can’t see the Data8 Bank Account Validation Indicator component when trying to add it to a field. Click “Switch to classic” at the top of the page to open the classic form editor. From here, select the validation result field and then select “controls” and add control. The “Data8 BankValidation Indicator” should be included in this list.
If you still can’t see the component, then check that you Bank Validation solution is installed correctly.
Make sure that your CRM domain is entered correctly into the “Allowed domains” section of your API key.
To uninstall the Bank Validation solution, simply follow the installation guide in reverse, removing any additions to your forms such as scripts and custom fields.
To get access to the required service you must have a Data8 account and the Bank Account Validation service added to your account along with credits for that service. Visit Portal > Validation > Services to see your active services and number of credits available.
A way to check if you have completed the configuration process is to open the “Data8 Bank Account Validation Configuration” app and select “Form Configuration” along the top. Select the table and form you have the validation set up and you will see a list of steps completed or any steps that have been missed.
Another reason your validation is not working could be invalid API keys. Ensure you have created a server side and client side API key with the correct allowed domain.
