TICK OFF YOUR CHRISTMAS CHECKLIST!

Christmas is a time for family, laughter and making memories – not worrying about your business, and certainly not stressing about your data!

And as there’s already so much that goes into making sure Christmas runs smoothly – the presents… the wrapping… the food – we know the last thing on your mind is again, your data.

That’s why we’ve created a Christmas checklist; to help you get organised, so you can actually switch off, relax and enjoy the festivities.

By going through and ticking off each item on your dedicated checklist now, you’ll have more time to celebrate at Christmas, confident in the knowledge that everything is running smoothly, and your data is 100% valid.

YOUR CHRISTMAS CHECKLIST

It's important to make sure....

1. Your credits are topped up.

The holidays are a busy time of year for businesses, and you don't want to be caught short, so make sure you top-up sooner than you normally would.

2. You've estimated a higher usage.

Your dashboard estimates when your credits are due to run out based on your current usage, so remember to anticipate a much higher volume of credits over the holidays.

3. Credit reminders are in place.

Credit reminders will notify you when you're close to running out, so you can top-up in advance and keep your account running with minimum fuss.

4. Auto top-ups are set up.

Make sure auto top-ups are already set up with a credit card or a PO to ensure you keep validating data without disrupting your festive plans.

5. Card details are updated.

If you've recently started using a new credit card, you’ll need to have used that card already on our dashboard to avoid your auto top-up being declined. Alternatively, speak to your account manager before the holiday starts.

6. Your data has been cleansed.

Santa's checked his list twice - but have you? By cleansing your database, you'll increase your deliverability, and avoid making Santa's naughty list over the holidays.

7. Duplicates have been eliminated.

By removing all duplicates prior to the holidays, you can make sure you're not disrupting your customer's Christmas with the same email twice.

8. Ask for help.

We'll be off with our loved ones over Christmas, so if you need help checking off your list, speak to your account manager beforehand.

We are open until 3pm on December 24th 2020 and will re-open at 9am on Monday 4th 2021.

9. Remember we're always here.

Our sales, client services and marketing team may be off, but don't worry - our technical team will be on-hand, making sure everything is running smoothly. To get hold of the technical support team over this period, please email helpdesk@data-8.co.uk which will be monitored during office hours throughout the Christmas Period.

10. Have a Merry Christmas!

On behalf of the whole team here at Data8, we'd like to thank you for all your support in 2020, and wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
