Re-Mover
Re-mover is the goneaway suppression file from The Ark. It records every sale and rental transaction recorded by estate agents in the UK. The data is provided to the market for suppression purposes.
The basis of the file is really very simple and completely transactional. Ark receives an exclusive daily feed from the UK’s leading property portal containing the details of property transactions and changes in tenant status. In order to verify that a move has completed, they then reference the data against a number of other additional sources of reliable information in order to cross-check the information.

These records can be used, with confidence, for all applications including the suppression of records from customer databases.
Social and Council House Movers
Ark are currently collecting around 25% of all Council and Social Housing moves in the UK.
Contained within the file each record on the Re-Mover file contains the following information:-

- Initial
- Surname
- Address
- Postcode
- Date
