Business Mover

Identifies business records that match to business mover sources.

Description

This services matches the business name and address on the input file to the BCF (Business Changes File). The BCF contains businesses that have requested a mail redirection to their new premises.

This service is costed on a per hit basis.

This service requires the following data to be available before it can be used:

Company Name

Upload Options

The following options can be configured for this service at the upload stage. These are only available if Advanced Options are enabled on your account.

BCF	BCF Will enable the BCF (Business Changes File) to be used as a Business Mover source. This file is supplied by Royal Mail.

Download Options

There are no options that can be configured for this service at the download stage.

Output Columns

This service adds the following columns to your output data.

Mover Flag	Mover Flag "BCF" if this record has moved to a new address.
New Addr 1	New Addr 1 Address Line 1, either the original address, if it is not a Mover, or the new Address if it is a Mover.
New Addr 2	New Addr 2 Address Line 2, either the original address, if it is not a Mover, or the new Address if it is a Mover.
New Addr 3	New Addr 3 Address Line 3, either the original address, if it is not a Mover, or the new Address if it is a Mover.
New Addr 4	New Addr 4 Address Line 4, either the original address, if it is not a Mover, or the new Address if it is a Mover.
New Addr 5	New Addr 5 Address Line 5, either the original address, if it is not a Mover, or the new Address if it is a Mover.
New Addr 6	New Addr 6 Address Line 6, either the original address, if it is not a Mover, or the new Address if it is a Mover.
New Postcode	New Postcode Postcode, either the original address, if it is not a Mover, or the new Address if it is a Mover.
