Mailing File

Produces a standard format output file.

Description

This service produces a standard format output file ready for mailing. All records on the file have a valid PAF address and are not on any of the suppression sources utilised as part of the job.

This service is costed at a set price.

The following options can be configured for this service at the download stage.

Minimum PAF Match Level to include in Output	Minimum PAF Match Level to include in Output All means all records are included in output file Town means records are included if we can at least verify the town Street means records are included if we can at least verify the street Building means records are included if we can at least verify the building Fully Matched means records are included if they match fully to PAF
Include Blank Addresses in Output	Include Blank Addresses in Output If ticked then the mailing file includes addresses that are completely blank. If not ticked then these are removed from the mailing file
Include Foreign Addresses in Output	Include Foreign Addresses in Output If ticked then the mailing file includes addresses that are non-UK. If not ticked then non-UK records are removed from the mailing file

Minimum PAF Match Level to include in Output

Minimum PAF Match Level to include in Output

All means all records are included in output file
Town means records are included if we can at least verify the town
Street means records are included if we can at least verify the street
Building means records are included if we can at least verify the building
Fully Matched means records are included if they match fully to PAF

If ticked then the mailing file includes addresses that are completely blank. If not ticked then these are removed from the mailing file

Include Foreign Addresses in Output

If ticked then the mailing file includes addresses that are non-UK. If not ticked then non-UK records are removed from the mailing file

Output Columns

This service adds the following columns to your output data.

ID	ID If you included an Identifier column in your file, this value will be used for column 1. Otherwise this will be the number of the record within your source file.
Title	Title The Title for this record. If there was no title in the data then it will be left blank.
First Name	First Name The First Name for this record. If there was no title in the data then it will be left blank.
Last Name	Last Name The Last Name for this record. If there was no title in the data then it will be left blank.
Address Line 1	Address Line 1 The Address Line 1 for the record. If Mover was selected then it will be of the new address, if the record was flagged as a mover.
Address Line 2	Address Line 2 The Address Line 2 for the record. If Mover was selected then it will be of the new address, if the record was flagged as a mover.
Address Line 3	Address Line 3 The Address Line 3 for the record. If Mover was selected then it will be of the new address, if the record was flagged as a mover.
Address Line 4	Address Line 4 The Address Line 4 for the record. If Mover was selected then it will be of the new address, if the record was flagged as a mover.
Town	Town The Town for the record. If Mover was selected then it will be of the new address, if the record was flagged as a mover.
Postcode	Postcode The Postcode for the record. If Mover was selected then it will be of the new address, if the record was flagged as a mover.
DPS	DPS The DPS for the record. If Mover was selected then it will be of the new address, if the record was flagged as a mover.
Country	Country This value will be taken from Country Detection, if purchased. Otherwise it will use the value in the column in your source file that was mapped as the country field. If the source file didn't contain a country column, this field will be left blank.
