Identifies records that match to mover sources.

Description

Data8's Mover service checks the name and address of the records provided against a number of third party sources.

Records that are found on a source at the specified match level are populated with their new address.

This service is costed on a per hit basis.

The following options can be configured for this service at the upload stage. These are only available if Advanced Options are enabled on your account.

Original Addresses - Assume I will not be buying the movers	Original Addresses - Assume I will not be buying the movers The file will not be processed for Movers.
Addresses incorporating Residential Mover results at Forename Level	Addresses incorporating Residential Mover results at Forename Level The file will be processed for Movers at Forename level.
Addresses incorporating Residential Mover results at Initial Level	Addresses incorporating Residential Mover results at Initial Level The file will be processed for Movers at Initial level.
Follow movers abroad	Follow movers abroad Will append a Mover address if the address is both abroad and in the source file.
NCOA Update	NCOA Update Processes the data provided against the NCOA Update file provided by the Royal Mail.
GAS Reactive	GAS Reactive Processes the data provided against the GAS Reactive file.

Download Options

The following options can be configured for this service at the download stage.

Match Level	Match Level Set this to indicate how closely names need to match for a record to be considered a match by this service. Surname allows two completely different forenames to match so long as they have a fuzzy match on the surname Initial requires a fuzzy match on both the surname and forename, allowing single initials to match. For example, "R Smith" would be allowed to match "Robert Smith", but "Richard Smith" and "Robert Smith" would not be considered a match. Forename requires a fuzzy match on both the surname and forename, and single initials are not allowed to match. Personal intelligently picks the highest match level available based on your data. If a record does not contain any forename information then a Surname match will be allowed, but if forename data is present then at least an Initial level match will be required.
Include date of mover	Include date of mover Adds a column to your data indicating the date the person moved to their new address. This option is only displayed if Advanced Options are enabled on your account.
Reprocess without Mover	Reprocess without Mover If you do not want to purchase the Mover data for this job, you must select this to reprocess the data without Mover in order to get an accurate quote.
Reprocess with Mover at a different Match Level	Reprocess with Mover at a different Match Level If you want to purchase the Mover data for this job but at a different match level, select this to reprocess the data with Mover at a different Match Level in order to get an accurate quote.

Output Columns

This service adds the following columns to your output data.

Mover Legend	Mover Legend If the record has been matched to the mover source files then a value of "Mover" is presented here.
Mover Service	Mover Service If the record has been matched to the mover source files then one of the following values will be presented here to indicate which file the record has matched to: NCOAUpdate GASReactive
MoveDate	MoveDate If the record has been matched to the mover source files then the associated date of the move is presented here.
Add1	Add1 Address Line 1 of either the original address, if it has not been matched to the source files, or the new Address if it has.
Add2	Add2 Address Line 2 of either the original address, if it has not been matched to the source files, or the new Address if it has.
Add3	Add3 Address Line 3 of either the original address, if it has not been matched to the source files, or the new Address if it has.
Add4	Add4 Address Line 4 of either the original address, if it has not been matched to the source files, or the new Address if it has.
Add5	Add5 Address Line 5 of either the original address, if it has not been matched to the source files, or the new Address if it has.
Add6	Add6 Address Line 6 of either the original address, if it has not been matched to the source files, or the new Address if it has.
Postcode	Postcode Postcode of either the original address, if it has not been matched to the source files, or the new Address if it has.
Country	Country Country of either the original address, if it has not been matched to the source files, or the new Address if it has.
